SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in partnership sales, business development, or related roles.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a talent for creating win-win partnerships.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the power to build rapport and influence external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a keen willingness to embrace challenges and drive innovation.
- Experience in the business development industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit Partners: Identify and engage potential partners through programs and cold outreach.
- Communicate and Share Information: Ensure mutual understanding and alignment by sharing relevant information.
- Develop Relationships: Maintain strong, collaborative connections.
- Conduct Research and Develop Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Act as Key Contact: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and serve as the primary contact.
- Optimize and Generate Leads: Enhance partnership effectiveness and leverage them for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate Co-Marketing: Plan and execute joint marketing activities to promote shared goals.
- Negotiate Agreements: Finalize partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate Internally: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Track key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
