PARTNERSHIP MANAGER (NHS)

Salary: £35-50k + excellent benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Partnership Manager (NHS) to join our successful and growing Sales Team. Reporting to the Enterprise Solutions Director, you will be responsible for building strong NHS and other healthcare provider partnerships to advance workforce sustainability and net-zero goals, using the Sustainable Healthcare Academy as their flagship product while also promoting other programmes within LDN’s portfolio.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with NHS stakeholders, acting as LDN’s primary liaison to align the Sustainable Healthcare Academy and NHS workforce goals.
  • Regularly engage NHS partners through scheduled check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions to ensure ongoing alignment with their needs.
  • Lead strategies for expanding apprenticeship starts within NHS trusts, using the Sustainable Healthcare Academy and identify opportunities to promote LDN’s full portfolio.
  • Organise and deliver NHS-specific webinars, workshops, and events to drive awareness and interest in LDN’s apprenticeship offerings.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and management processes for NHS apprentices.
  • Conduct periodic quality assessments to maintain brand consistency in all external-facing communications and engagement with NHS partners.
  • Collect and analyse data on apprenticeship performance within NHS organisations.
  • Create reports and presentations that showcase programme impact and develop compelling narratives and visual materials that demonstrate value to NHS stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to the creation of NHS-focused marketing content.
  • Represent LDN at NHS forums, industry events, and conferences.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

  • Previous experience in account management or client success roles, ideally within apprenticeships, education, or workforce development sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and manage partnerships with large public sector organisations, ideally including experience with senior NHS stakeholders.
  • An understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and workforce development strategies.
  • Strong skills in gathering, analysing, and presenting data to demonstrate programme impact, using insights to reinforce the value of LDN’s offerings to NHS stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes relevant to the NHS and healthcare sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, persuasive presentations and materials to NHS audiences at various levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, projects, and deadlines independently.
  • Demonstrates commitment to our values and expected behaviours.
