The opportunity:
We’re seeking an ambitious, results-driven Marketing Specialist to deliver market-leading Partnership Marketing strategies and tactics.
You’ll be working with established and well-known brands on exciting and challenging projects in bancassurance and consumer markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create and execute fully integrated B2B and B2C Partner Marketing activities, leveraging existing Marketing tools and channels to deepen our relationships with existing channels.
This is a 12-month fixed term role covering a period of parental leave.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategically minded, you’ll create and deliver high-performing partnership marketing that delivers maximum value to our Distribution Partners and Customers.
- Leverage existing Marketing Lead Gen, Digital, and CRM tools and programs to create deeper customer relationships and delivery efficiencies.
- Grow our key partnerships to create differentiation and engagement from new and existing business customers.
- Implement and maintain performance measurement programs that align with AIA’s core KPIs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and digital marketing knowledge.
- A balance of creative and commercial thinking.
- Ability to form strong relationships with senior stakeholders and present ROI.
- Strong understanding of specialist marketing functions particularly digital, CRM and Marketing Automation best practices.
- Experience in dealing with complex products, with large and diverse customer bases.
- B2B and financial service experience would be advantageous, though not necessary.
- A positive, proactive approach.
