POSITION OVERVIEW

The Partnership Sales Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Sales to develop strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a blend of esports industry understanding, creativity, and hands-on sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day sales activities and creating compelling sales materials. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success while developing your career in sales.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and generating leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.

Sales Support and Client Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings to present pitch decks and support deal closures.

Pitch Deck Creation and Sales Material Development:

  • Design and develop engaging, high-quality pitch decks together with the Design and Graphic Team
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients to continuously improve sales materials.

Strategic Analysis and Market Research:

  • Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop growth strategies for new and existing customers.
  • Translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Initiatives:

  • Work closely with marketing and esport teams to stay updated on the latest happenings in the industry and the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives.

Sales Process and Capability Improvement:

  • Continuously learn and improve sales techniques through training and mentorship.
  • Improve the sales team’s capabilities and effectiveness.
