For more than 30 years, serving in a country where close to 27 million now live in poverty, we have relied on the power of people to carry out programs designed to achieve our shared vision. JOB PURPOSE

To develop, coordinate and manage effective and responsive systems and processes that will underpin efficient and timely engagement with partner organizations across the partnership life cycle, and align with the Oxfam Pilipinas’ Strategic Partnership Model. To support the development and management of a diverse portfolio of external partners that both aligns with the Strategic Partnership Model and supports high quality delivery of Oxfam Pilipinas Country Strategy 2022-2027 in the Philippines. To coordinate the implementation of an Oxfam Pilipinas funding strategy and to provide support for business development functions as appropriate in support of organisational goals and mission.
