We are Arc Legal Group (an AmTrust International business), and we provide various products and solutions to major insurance providers. You have likely been offered a legal expenses product when buying your car insurance, or a home emergency product as part of your home insurance. That’s our products! Whilst you may not have heard of us, we provide over 13 million policies in the UK, working with large and trusted insurance brands.
A genuine opportunity for career development in the insurance industry has arisen as we seek a talented Partnerships Executive to join our team based in Colchester.
Along with the Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for existing clients –maintaining the day-to-day operation of allocated client partnerships ensuring our relationships go from strength to strength.
You’ll maintain regular contact with clients, managing queries and providing bespoke claims and underwriting performance material. This will include items such as examining claims frequencies and loss ratio performance, along with claims and complaints trends etc. to provide the insight for our clients. We also look to create product solutions for our clients to assist with their and our growth objectives but also changing customer needs.
The successful candidate will possess a background in insurance, and an understanding of the regulated environment. Impeccable organisational skills and strong attention to detail are a given, along with analytical, and great presentation skills.
In exchange for your drive and commitment you will be supported in developing your career in the industry further - working with established entities you will gain insurance industry and product knowledge across legal expenses and assistance product lines as well as establishing a professional network within the industry. As you gain more experience, you’ll work towards managing your own client allocation with potential to progress into a Partnerships Manager role.
