ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE PARTNERSHIPS TEAM

As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll be a part of an ambitious team responsible for building an nurturing our partner ecosystem. You’ll build close relationships with partners in your region to fuel Teamtailor’s revenue growth on a global level.
We are looking for our first dedicated Partnerships Manager for the DACH region. We have a couple of partners in the region and a local team in place, but we have barely scratched the surface of the market potential. Your focus will be on building a high performing partner portfolio and taking partnerships in DACH to the next level. Regardless of partner type you will work to consistently ensure new partner sourced opportunities and work towards mutually beneficial partner collaborations.
You’ll be a part of the Partnerships Team which currently has 12 members (soon to be 14 ) around the world and you’ll work closely with our Head of Partnerships (Gabrielle) and the rest of the team (Get to know them better on our careers page ). You will also work very closely with the regional team in DACH.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Build and nurture a strong revenue creating portfolio of partners
  • Manage and build long-term strategic business relationships to create win-win-win situations
  • Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth through partnerships in your region
  • To drive revenue growth through partnerships in DACH
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application and service
  • Own and execute on partner marketing activities within your region
