The Opportunity:
AIA has an opportunity for an experienced Partnership Manager to join the International Health team as it accelerates its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the distribution footprint by recruiting and onboarding migration agents, extending partnership channels, and being a key resource in growing AIA Health’ share of the International Health Cover market. You will be key in a growing business unit which will allow you to be involved in further expanding and developing the proposition and strategy.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Develop Distribution Strategies and capabilities, and establish relationships on behalf of AIA,
  • Achieve national and state-based AIA Health International sales and retention targets, by servicing and growing our distribution channels,
  • Grow loyalty and engagement amongst the partner channel to drive growth,
  • Uncover and recommend new partnership opportunities and opportunities for growth,
  • Become the trusted point of contact for all aspects of the partnership, representing partner and customer needs internally to input into decision-making,
  • Provide input into customer servicing and account management models,
  • Be an SME for growing product opportunities,
  • Build and develop relationships both internally and externally to promote the AIA Health International Insurance proposition.

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Experience in driving growth of International Health Insurance through migration agents and other partners (essential).
  • Proven track record of establishing relationships with Business Partners and achievement of sales targets (required).
  • Extensive experience in International PHI with expertise in product, sales & service delivery in the health insurance market with a focus on distribution.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A passion to work across various business stakeholders, impart knowledge, work collaboratively and influence outcomes where necessary.
