Description:

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Kensington Agricultural Services Limited (KASL). KASL sells residential, construction and agricultural equipment and provides parts and service for the equipment we sell. Our parts advisors must have excellent customer service skills and be highly organized individuals. Parts advisors are involved with all aspects of the parts department. They must determine what the customer needs are, where to source the part, get the part to the customer and collect payment. It is expected that all activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position may also require an “on the road” aspect with on site customer visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to parts inquires
  • Receive freight
  • Deliver parts
  • Schedule shipments
  • Receive payments
  • Convey order schedule to customers
  • Clean and maintain a safe work area
  • Work effectively to diffuse possible conflicts
  • Work closely with parts manager
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong computer skills
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have a mechanical aptitude
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with agriculture or industrial equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
