REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a parts advisor role, preferably with a range of vehicle makes and models.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs, vehicle diagrams, and technical manuals.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for the automotive industry.

• Advise customers on parts for various vehicle makes and models, ensuring they receive the right part for their needs.
• Handle parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels for all vehicle types.
• Assist with identifying and sourcing hard-to-find or specialty parts.
• Provide excellent customer service, both over the phone and in person.
• Work closely with the workshop and sales teams to ensure seamless parts provision.
• Stay updated on the latest vehicle parts and industry trends.
