Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join the team at our Carlisle store to support the Parts department.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES REQUIRED

Proven sales experience, with ability to confidently sell and advise on products and services.
Previous customer relationship management experience.
Written skills - proven ability to use clear, concise language specific for the purpose and audience.
Confident IT user.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team.
