PARTS ADVISOR

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 100 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world-class customer service.
We believe our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days per week, an average of 46 hours per week covering Monday to Friday (8.00-5.00) and alternate Saturdays (8.30-12.30). We also offer a very competitive salary of up to £29,500 including bonus.

Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 100 car dealers in the country, with an ambition to be in the top 50 very soon. Across our 21 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 450 people, many of whom have been with us for years. ABOUT YOU

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing a world class customer experience. You will be responsible facilitating the efficient operation of the Service department through the use of all available Aftersales departmental resources to maximise customer experience and profitability throughout all transactions. You will also be expected to ensure there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value added and incremental aftersales products whilst upholding full Duty of Care to our customer’s vehicles at all times.

• To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department.
• To plan organise and control the Parts Department resources to maximise the Parts sales, up sell and customer satisfaction.
• To supervise and develop the other personnel in the department
• To receive and identify stock. To check goods from suppliers.
• To correctly locate items in parts department
• To ensure accurate identification of customers’ needs by means of, EPAC, ETKA parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
• To conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy.
• Implementation of discount structure as applicable.
• To pick parts for service, sales, retail and trade customers.
  Experience with Pinacle is desirable but not essential.
