WE CURRENTLY HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED PARTS ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR BUSY TEAM, AT PARTS4TAILLIFTS, BASED IN HULL.

You will be responsible for handling online and telephone sales enquiries from customers, identifying parts numbers required and processing through to invoicing and delivery whilst ensuring that all customers are informed of any parts promotions, maximising sales opportunities.
Working as part of a small team you will ensure that all procedures and processes are followed and actioned correctly, and that the department is adequately staffed at all times.

Key Accountabilities:

• To answer telephone calls within five rings and dealing with subsequent customers enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• To accurately identify all parts required, ensuring customers are informed of any parts promotions and to maximise selling opportunities.
• To process customer orders in line with specified procedures
• To collect monies owed from customers, if required, using approved procedures and ensuring each payment is receipted.
• To locate ‘non-stocked’ items from various suppliers to meet customer needs.

Successful candidates must have experience within a similar role, in a motor factor or main dealer environment, be computer literate and hold a full UK current driving licence.

Successful candidates must:

• Have previous experience, as a Parts Advisor, in a dealership or motor factor environment
• Show excellent communication & organisational skills
• Demonstrate a strong customer focus and a flexible approach to business needs
• Have an ability to demonstrate effective time management.
• Demonstrate a great team player mentality

Experience of tail lift systems or commercial vehicles would be desirable, as would experience of Kerridge KeyLoop, but not essential as training can be offered to the right candidate.
