A great opportunity is available for an experienced Parts professional to join our Fortitude Valley based team as a Parts Advisor.
In this role you will maximise phone and counter sales opportunities by providing professional product advice and exemplary customer service to internal (workshop) and external customers alike. Utilising your industry knowledge and experience, you will be a key contributor to the Department’s continued commercial success.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Ensuring all customer orders for parts are interpreted correctly and dispatched promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods whilst maintaining the warehouse and required stock levels.
- Keeping fully abreast of changes in products, technology and manufacturers expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a customer focused mentality and previous experience within a Parts Department, preferably within a role of similar scope. Hands on experience with the Reynolds & Reynolds Computer system and BMW product will be viewed upon favourably.
