Are you an experienced parts professional looking for your next role? Castle Hill BMW has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our supportive team!

Utilising your industry knowledge and experience, you will be providing professional product advice and exemplary customer service to internal (workshop) and external customers alike. You will be a key contributor to the department’s continued commercial success.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring all customer orders for parts are interpreted correctly and dispatched promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
• Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods whilst maintaining the warehouse and required stock levels.
• Keeping fully abreast of changes in products, technology and manufacturers expectations.
