Description:

Go Powersports Limited is growing and requires a personable and motivated PARTS CONSULTANT to join their Kentville team! As a PARTS CONSULTANT , you will be responsible for managing the service & maintenance of new & used customer units, while delivering superior customer service.

PARTS CONSULTANTS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • As a team-player, you contribute towards an amicable and fun team atmosphere
  • you are eager to absorb product information, complete training and adapt to a rapidly changing market
  • Experience in as a parts consultant or similar role
  • A valid driver’s license and are willing to provide a Driver’s Abstract

ABOUT US

Go Powersports is a perennial top-ten BRP dealer in Canada and has four times been recognised as BRP’s district dealer of the year. In 2021 we were BRP’s National Off-Road Dealer of the Year for Canada.
We are the only authorized dealer in Western Nova Scotia for BRP and CFMoto. We sell CanAm off-road & on-road vehicles, SkiDoo snowmobiles and SeaDoo personal water craft and pontoon boats. We also sell and service Manitou and Alumacraft boats, Mercury outboard engines, and Sealver wave boats. We are Nova Scotia’s only Piaggio and Vespa scooter dealers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service
  • Assist customers with parts orders and research merchandise
  • Receive and process parts from distributors and maintain an ordered stock room Merchandising showroom
  • Work with technicians and ensure their parts needs are being met
  • Use Product knowledge to look up parts/ deal with manufacturers.
  • Source parts, if not in stock, Place order with manufacturer orders
  • Place orders for customers, stock, work orders
  • Determine inventory needs by communicating with technicians and customers
  • Estimate inventory needs by considering many factors: season, units sold, turnover rates, etc.
