Description:
At The Bucket Shop, we’re driven to be the company of choice for the fabrication of new or refurbished equipment components, buckets (surface & underground), dozer blades, booms, sticks, wear products, and mobile fleet solutions, that we offer to a global market.
The company is in search of a Parts Coordinator to assist our operations in the pick-up and delivery of parts, tools and other company related items as requested. The Parts Coordinator will work closely with the warehouse, production, maintenance and administration departments to support efficiency of parts retrievals and deliveries.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Valid G Class driving license with a clean abstract
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar industry considered to be an asset
- Demonstrated organizational skills with oral and written communication abilities, task prioritization, multi-tasking and time management.
- Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all items are received and delivered accurately and in good condition.
- Retrieve unused or defective parts and return them to the warehouse or vendor.
- Verify that part numbers, quantities, and descriptions match delivery or pickup documentation.
- Communicate with supervisors and warehouse staff to understand delivery priorities and schedules.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with vendors, customers, and colleagues.

- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as required
- Ensure parts in the production and maintenance shop are properly stocked.
- Operate company vehicles safety to transport items and parts
