Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the processes. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Order parts for jobs and stock.
• Manage relationships with vendors.
• Maintain inventory by monitoring inventory levels.
• Order parts that are needed for projects.
• Work with the truck builders to make sure they have what they need in advance.
• Previous experience in automotive services is preferred but not required.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Inventory experience is required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p.

• Pay is based on experience.
• Ability to multi-task is required.
