Southbank Dodge is looking for a talented inside PARTS SALES PROFESSIONAL to take on an exciting and challenging full time role within our dealership.

• Delivering a high level of customer service.
• Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Sell a diversified line of products via phone and over-the-counter
• Processing customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
• Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs.
• Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
