Are you passionate about mechanical parts and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Parts Interpreter for our market leading Mobile Crane Division based at our Rockingham branch and play a key role in keeping our customers and technicians on the road.
As the Parts Interpreter you will work as part of a small and supportive team ordering and interpreting of spare parts and provision of accurate and timely product information to Liebherr customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and product information.
- Ensure customers order and receive correct parts.
- Identify and secure additional parts sales opportunities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory.
- Picking and packing orders during peak times
- Stock takes and cycle count.
