YOU NEED THESE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a parts management role, preferably in an automotive dealership setting.
- Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive parts and systems, including OEM and aftermarket products.
- Leadership skills: Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with a focus on training, motivation, and delegation.
- Customer service skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and foster long-term relationships.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Financial acumen: Experience in budgeting, pricing, and achieving profitability targets within a dealership environment.
- Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to inventory, vendors, and customer service in a timely manner.
