Description:
Kenworth Ontario is currently looking for a Parts Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skill and a passion for customer service. This role requires effective communication, problem solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. As a Parts Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of service, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to track sales data, manage pricing strategies, and analyze performance metrics.
- Foster a positive customer service culture by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies that enhance revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role or similar capacity.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in the heavy-duty industry
- A background in customer service or sales management is highly desirable.
