The Premier Collection is searching for an experienced Parts Manager for our White Plains location. We’re looking for a candidate with industry leading knowledge of the Parts Department who is a strong leader, with incredible organizational skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of Lincoln parts and accessories.
• Oversee the ordering and receiving of parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting techs and wholesale clients in identifying the right parts for their repair.
• Train and supervise parts department staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and transactions.
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to meet customer needs and increase sales opportunities.
• Prospect wholesale customers to build the wholesale business.
• Stay updated on Lincoln products, technology, and market trends.
• Protect the moral, financial and legal wellbeing of the retailer.
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• CDK experience preferred.
