As a Parts Phone Sales Rep, you will work for a leading heavy-duty truck dealer in Sioux City, IA. You will be responsible for determining replacement parts, educating, and updating customers, filling orders, and preparing estimates. REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Former experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:

  • Determine replacement parts, suggest substitutions or modifications
  • Receive and fill part orders
  • Prepare estimates
  • Utilize computer or catalog for part numbers and pricing
