Description:
You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a Parts Processor, Data Analyst. As a Parts Processor, Analyst, you will be responsible for inventory management, data analysis, forecasting and planning, ADHOC reporting, monitoring invoices and month end activities.
As a Parts Processor, Data Analyst you will:
- Be responsible for checking, validating, correcting and analyzing invoices from various vendor accounts, run reports and collect data as required.
- You will work closely with National Admin Team and the Accounting team to resolving invoices.
- You will work closely in a cross functional environment with a “Team player” attitude and be able to support the Production Team as required.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will analyze data, understand business requirements and communicate the results via excel/PowerPoint to internal and external partners.
- Prioritize that parts are maintained using inventory management system and report discrepancies and adjust as required.
- Provide recommendations on fluctuating business demands for parts requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor parts demands and usage. Ability to identify products that are being purchased on an individual basis for forecasting and stocking inventory.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of part orders and provides monthly expenditures to the leadership team.
- Manage and control inventory to minimize/mitigate excess and obsolete products.
- Balance product inventory between two service locations.
- Completes all paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintains a safe environment for all employees and visitors. Keeps all work areas clean, neat and organized. Identifies security risks and takes appropriate corrective measures
What we need:
- Bring minimum of 2 years related experience working in parts inventory management environment (computer/service related)
- Ability to gather data from variety of sources and analyze data to monitor and support trends and upcoming changes
- Highly detailed oriented
- Strong knowledge of the parts inventory processes
- High proficiency of Excel and MS Office based programs
- Experience communicating with internal and external customers
- Ability to understand service manuals, various service packages, diagrams and navigate vendor websites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational skills; a self-starter and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Ability to promote a positive work environment through actions and attitude
- Heavy Lifting may be required up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to take any training related to the job
