Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for facilitating customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive and efficient.
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries regarding parts sales or service (2-3 day turnaround time)
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating on product usage and providing advice
  • Keep abreast of all new products and updates through continuous learning
  • Shipping and receiving; including, accurately filling and shipping customer orders
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and minimize obsolete items
  • Help maintain customer records and perform data entry tasks
  • Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians
  • Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issued parts for all work orders
  • Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock
