Previous experience in a Parts or Call Centre role preferable

  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good IT skills

Responsibilities:

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be an integral member of the Sales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting, liaising and supporting the TPS Centres to ensure good working relationships and delivery of customer service excellence.
  • Accurately identifying parts to meet customers sales requirements and utilising TPS product promotions effectively.
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times, building strong relationships with customers by making relevant and regular contact with them.
  • Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.

Previous experience in a Parts or Call Centre role preferable

  • Good IT skill
