We are now seeking a highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter to join the Volkswagen team in Doncaster.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries
- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
- Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts
- Processing quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT)
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high-level standard of customer service
