KEY OUTPUT

• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts on SIS 2.0
• Quote creation and following up with the Customer.
• Process parts orders, maintain them efficiently and effectively.
• Provide feedback to customers with their Backorders status.
• Planning and Releasing Parts on CRM
• Onboarding customers on the online system
• Creating Shopping cart and Quotations on our Online system (PCC)
• Doing Standby, Cross Selling
• General other duties that might be expected from time to time in line with parts sales business

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

• Grade 12
• SAP Knowledge (will be an advantage)
• Understanding HIS (Hydraulic Information System) (will be an advantage)
• Telephone Etiquette, Relationship building skills.
• Very good business communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to sell the value.
• Make use of reference material. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure
• MS Office necessity
• Passion for the brand, Mechanical understanding ,Ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively.
• Ability to provide options.
• IMM qualification would be a recommendation
• Basic business and financial acumen.
