ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Parts Shipper and Receiver to join our team at Regina Acura. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting all retail and wholesale customers and dealership Technicians in a professional and courteous manner.
• Receives all deliveries and prepares all shipments.
• Ensures all parts are documented appropriately.
• Responsible for receiving all deliveries and verifying bills of lading.
• Implements proper order and follow-up system for parts and comeback orders.
• Verifies and shelves all stock orders or returns in the inventory system.
• Distributes parts into bins for collection, distributes special order parts and destroys all authorized replaced warranty parts.
• Prepares all outgoing shipments.
