    Are you passionate about fitness and a “gear nerd”? Have extensive knowledge of fitness equipment? Are you an expert trouble-shooter? Is your mechanical aptitude impressive?
    We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another customer service parts specialist. This customer service role will focus on the more technical side of the equipment.
    This is a full-time position that will be partially remote, with the flexibility needed to come pitch in with parts packing or assessing prototypes. This might require occasional weekend coverage. One can expect to spent at least half their time working in person.
    Extensive knowledge of fitness equipment is a requirement for this position. Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, as well as being comfortable on the phone. Also expect to lend a hand in the warehouse and get your hands dirty here and there.
    This is a highly independent role with little supervision once you’re in the swing of things. Problem solving and self-starting are a must.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting customers in their product and assembly questions, gathering information to solve problems and provide satisfaction in a speedy fashion

  • Packing parts securely to be sent to customers


  • Occasionally participating in product knowledge videos regarding assembly and troubleshooting

  • Optimizing email efficiency

  • Assisting on local installations

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls

  • Assisting in product, packaging and QC optimization
