The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, dedicated to customer service and able to demonstrate superb organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years’ plus experience in service / parts department
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office
- Must have forklift driving experience
- Good communicator
- Team player
- Experience in the fire protection industry would be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls, and/or taking messages
- Prepare quotes
- Schedule repairs / service calls
- Ordering parts
- Picking parts for repairs
- Shipping and Receiving
- Job scheduling
- Reading Fire Alarm / Sprinkler reports
- Job quoting / estimating
