Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday / 09:00-17:00

- Previous experience in the motor trade is desirable (parts and warranty)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail - able of follow process and structure
- Good IT skills
- Able to prioritise workload
Responsibilities:
AS PART OF YOUR NORMAL DUTIES, WHILST MAINTAINING EXCELLENT HEALTH AND SAFETY PRACTICES, YOU WILL:
- Accurately identify customer parts requirements across all brands
- Maintain parts stock and stock records across all brands
- Process parts orders efficiently across all brands
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction for all customers
- Monitor the efficient progress of warranty repairs within the body shop
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of new and updated parts
