PAs required in NR26 to assist a gentleman during nighttime 7 days a week

SUMMARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The rate of pay for this position Please note UKCIL is not taking into consideration the sleep-in rate and, therefore the hours and rates do not match the actual hours and pay.
  Employed is a flat rate of £47.13 for the sleep-in night (22:00-07:00) and £14.67 per hour for the two hours (from 20:00-22:00) Sleep in p/w will pay £329.91 and the 2 hours p/d p/w will pay £205.38 per week

Self-employed: is a flat rate of £59.42 for the sleep-in night (22:00-07:00) and £18.50 per hour for the two hours (from 20:00-22:00) Sleep in p/w will pay £415.94 and the 2 hours p/d p/w will pay £259.00 per week.

• Hours and times of work: 11 hours of support per night. Work hours would usually be between 20:00-07:00 (inclusive of the sleep-in)
• The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
• This position requires the employee to complete free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, Anxiety, Autism and Food Hygiene.

JOB PURPOSE:

I am an older gentleman with high anxiety while at home in the evening and nighttime who is looking for PAs (for job share) to support me with settling in for the night, reassurance, companionship and prepare my dinner. You will not need to stay awake after I go to bed; this is a sleep-in position.
There is a support bedroom available with access to kitchen and shower.
I have a companion cat to distract me from becoming anxious. Therefore, you would ideally like cats.
