Key Responsibilities:

• Steer technical activities with the MES support team
• Collaborate with the Central team to refine, harmonize, and verify development requirements for the overall rollout program
• Schedule and allocate resources based on the actual plan
• Drive continuous process improvement & ensure quality system compliance
• Share knowledge with team members on the WERUM PAS-X MES platform
• Support and mentor the team, providing technical assistance for day-to-day challenges
