The role
In this exciting role you will review, audit, approve, process, and issue Airport Identity Card applications in line with the requirements of the UK National Aviation Security Programme. Additionally, the role includes reviewing, auditing, and approving MAN Car Park, and Hackney Licence permit applications in line with MAG operating procedures. The role also involves triaging queries and requests, resolving them at the first point where possible, and escalating to relevant colleagues for resolution as appropriate, whilst maintaining ownership. The goal is to deliver high-quality first point customer query resolution (by any method) and administration.
What will make you successful in the role?
The successful candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the scope of service of the ID Centre, Compliance, and wider business areas across the Airport and MAG. Attention to detail and accuracy skills are an essential requirement for this role along with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience in a regulated customer facing role. They must also be aware of when and how to escalate queries and requests. The role is defined by set standards and practices, and supervision may not always be available for reference. The job holder is expected to make day-to-day decisions independently.
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and be able to obtain a 5-year history check.
