ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Passenger Car Maintenance Technician at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklands, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairing passenger vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are safe and performing at their best.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine maintenance in line with Mercedes-Benz requirements
• Diagnose and repair issues related to vehicle performance
• Utilise advanced repair techniques and ensure all work meets the quality standards of Mercedes-Benz
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance and repair work
• Collaborate with the Service Advisor team to provide clear communication regarding vehicle conditions and necessary repairs
• Keep the workshop clean, organised, and safe, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive maintenance and repair procedures
