Team Overview:
Join DiDi as a Passenger Growth Operations Manager! You’ll craft and execute innovative strategies to drive growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize passenger experiences. We’re seeking a proactive, data-driven problem solver with a knack for creative thinking and a passion for results. Excel at analytics, collaboration, and project management to shape the future of urban mobility and make a real impact!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing and execute strategic initiatives to increase passenger acquisition, retention, and engagement, directly impacting DiDi’s growth trajectory
  • Analyzing market trends, passenger behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Operations, to align on growth strategies and ensure seamless execution
  • Designing and run A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of growth tactics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Managing the end-to-end implementation of growth campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and performance analysis
  • Monitoring and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to guide decision-making
  • Working closely with regional teams to localize growth strategies and tailor them to specific market needs and opportunities
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the growth team, encouraging creative problem-solving and experimentation.

Role Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, operations, marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics, and experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy
  • Exceptional project management abilities with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in the ride-hailing, tech, or e-commerce industry, or a background in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
