Oliv is seeking a talented and passionate Pasta Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional and contemporary pasta preparation and a deep understanding of Italian cuisine.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Pasta Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Prepare a variety of pasta dishes, including fresh pasta, sauces, and garnishes.
• Develop new pasta recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.
