JOB DESCRIPTION

Lewisham Nursing Home is our 56-bed residential aged care community. Set in pleasant surroundings, our community offers a home-like environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect.
The provision of effective pastoral care services to residents. To ensure that residents receive pastoral and spiritual care appropriate to their individual needs. To work collaboratively with the service manager and staff
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Training/education in pastoral care, theology, spirituality (essential)
- Pastoral care qualifications, preferably at a Diploma Level (essential)
- Experience or training in bereavement counselling
- NDIS clearance
- Qualifications in counselling (desirable)
- Clinical pastoral education (desirable)
- Pastoral Care Person to be of the Catholic Faith/Christian Faith (desirable)
