ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Level 2 in English and Maths
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation
• Experience working with 16-18-year-olds

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• CEIAG Level 3/4 qualification
• Level 3 safeguarding training
• Experience in the Education/Training sector

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastoral Officer to join our team. Your primary focus will be to safeguard the welfare of all students, promote British Values, and prevent radicalisation. You will play a key role in managing safeguarding protocols, improving student attendance, and ensuring the overall well-being of our students.
