Description:
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Pastry Chef Brand Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance our brand’s image, reputation, and market position. You will lead the creation and
execution of exquisite desserts and pastries, setting the standard for excellence across our brands.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as Pastry Chef, baker, or relevant role.
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry making, baking, or relevant field.
- A diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- To lead, motivate, and inspire team members. We are committed to staff training and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Responsible for the overall quality of the brand(s) products.
- Menu planning and costing.
- Creating new products and recipes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to execute the launch of products.
- Manage brand(s) campaigns and projects.
- Setting up and conceptualizing future brands.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Plan and execute promotional and seasonal campaigns.
- Resolve any issues that arise related to products, kitchen, or customer experience.
- Be willing to undertake additional duties and responsibilities of work outside the
- normal routine but within the overall scope of the position.
