Responsibilities:
- Preparing mise en place for service
- Follow the instructions of the Sous Chef
- Ensuring cleanliness of working area
- Receiving deliveries, ensuring correct stock levels
- Ownership of their section
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary based on business needs (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
