JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Le Deli Robuchon King’s Road, you will be responsible for producing a variety of pastries and desserts, ensuring each item meets our high standards of quality and presentation. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
  • Creative and passionate about pastry and dessert making
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Culinary qualifications in pastry or relevant training are preferred
