As Pastry Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Hampstead, you will be:

- A Pastry Chef that has a passion for cake and pastries, and a strong track record of delivering high- quality food
- Supporting junior pastry chefs on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of food preparation, presentation and decoration are met
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
