We’re seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our prestigious kitchen team and elevate our guests’ dining experience.   • You will have experience in 5 star or 2-3 rosette kitchens
  • In-depth knowledge of modern food trends (local, Irish, and international).
  • A can-do attitude, a love for challenges, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and an innovative mindset.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and a history of working in renowned establishments.
