Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Female Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section and create high-quality baked goods and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry arts, excellent technical skills, and the ability to innovate while maintaining consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts according to recipes and standards.
- Design and create visually appealing and delicious pastry items for daily service and special occasions.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry products.
- Manage ingredient inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and kitchen safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, following all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to create complementary desserts for the overall menu.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and innovations in pastry and baking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
