After a very busy 2024 and exciting expansion plans in the pipeline, we are looking to extend our team with passionate and ambitious chefs!
Executive Chef Lisa Goodwin Allen is looking for a Pastry Chef to assist in the day to day running of our busy Michelin star kitchen.
- As a Pastry chef you will work closely with Lisa and our Executive Pastry chef in the daily running of a busy pastry section. You will ensure the Michelin standards are maintained and work closely with the team in the development on the pastry section.
- This position comes with fantastic progression opportunities and would suit a current professional Pastry Commis or an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie looking for progression within Michelin.
