• Permission to work & reside in Ireland
• Fluent spoken & written English

• To prepare and produce food for the Pastry area which you are assigned and to the agreed four star standard, in conjunction with other chefs
• To minimize wastage with rational use of stack rotation etc.
• To ensure all necessary mis-en-place is ready prior to service
• Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations
• To ensure the guests needs and requirements are met, as demanded in your area
• To assist pastry head chef with menu creation and execution
