Description:
CONTRACT: PERMANENTSALARY: 14.00
A coeducation day school in Bristol with a separate nursery, separate prep school through to main senior school. Catering for around 900 students and teachers daily. Our cre catering offer is morning purchased snack offer, lunch is served in the main dining hall, separate lunch is sent to the nursery facility. Also a sixth form café serving tea, coffee, pastries and hot snacks. This location has a good amount of high-end hospitality. The school operates Monday to Friday with catering for match teas only on Saturday. Additional benefits to this location are use of on-site gym and free parking facilities.
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Bristol.
You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen as a Pastry Chef. Experience of making cakes, bread and pastry from scratch will also be welcomed as full training and development will be provided.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.

- Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
